.Sports Therapy & Deep Tissue.
Deep tissue sessions are designed to target the deepest muscles by applying firm pressure. Using techniques from sports massage, Thai massage & Swedish massage.
This treatment can be for relaxation purposes as well as rehabilitation purposes.
Great for injury rehab and those looking to optimally recover from frequent activity.

Experience true serenity with our bespoke relaxation treatment. Combining Indian head massage, guided meditation, sound therapy, and Thai massage. Designed to help you release stress and surrender completely, this immersive experience allows you to melt into the therapist’s hands and achieve deep relaxation and rejuvenation by using the body to help sooth the mind.

.Oncology Massage.
Oncology/Cancer massage is a wonderful treatment, for those who have been diagnosed with cancer, are going through treatment of cancer, or for those who have recently stopped receiving treatment for cancer (within the last 6 months).
The purpose of this treatment is to promote deep relaxation and a sense of calm, during a trying time.
Please note, this is a very light treatment and will differ depending on your circumstance.
.Restorative & Relaxation Massage.
Relaxation sessions only use soft to medium pressure with techniques inspired by flowing movements, gentle stretches & grounding holds, to allow you to completely relax. Destress your whole body and mind, allowing the two to connect once again.
This generic title allows this treatment to truly be whatever you need it to be, so you can melt into the bed and bring balance to the body.
.Pregnancy Massage.
Embrace the joy of pregnancy with our Pregnancy Massage. Designed to aid lymphatic drainage and circulation while also helping your aches and pains melt away.
This treatment is a full body treatment.
Please take note that this is only for those who are 13 weeks onwards.

COMING SPRING.
The use of sound as a form of therapy is just as ancient as massage itself. Using frequencies and vibrations to take you away from your troubles.
1-1 sessions and group sound baths will be available come the spring.
Add ons such as Indian Head Massage, Dry Cupping & Extra Time are also available.
