Terms & Conditions for Booking Treatment.

Deposits.

When making a booking, a 50% non refundable deposit is required in order to confirm your place. This will act as a cancellation fail safe should you cancel your appointment.

Cancellations/Rescheduling.

If you cancel at any time then we reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointments fee (the prepaid deposit). You may reschedule at no extra cost, as long as we are given notice of at least 12hrs. If less than 12hrs notice is given then you will be charged an extra £5 fee to reschedule. Any failure to give us notice for a missed appointment or if you cancel with less than 24hrs notice, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointments fee. You will not be able to rebook until that balance is settled.

Late Arrivals.

If you arrive late to your appointment, the treatment time will not be extended. If we are running late then your treatment will run its full time. Treatment times include dressing/undressing/briefing/consultation/payment.

Disruptions.

While we try to make your appointment as relaxing as possible there may be audible noises out of our control. We do apologise in advance for this.

Refusal of Treatment.

All clients are welcome but please respect that we are professionals. Should we feel uncomfortable in any situation we reserve the right to stop/refuse any treatment. We do not tolerate violent/inappropriate behaviour. If treatment is stopped/refused due to these conditions then you will be charged in full for the treatments appointment.

Medical Information.

As a client it is your responsibility to make sure that the therapist is kept up to date with any medical changes to your health.

Gift Vouchers.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of payment. The expiry date will be on the gift voucher received and is not up for negotiation. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and cannot be exchanged. If you fail to bring the gift voucher to the appointment for validation then you may be charged the full price of the treatment.

Data.

By booking an appointment with us via online or in person, you are agreeing to allow us to send you marketing via email. You may unsubscribe anytime. We will hold onto your data you provide for a minimum of 5 years.

This data includes any notes we make during treatment sessions as well as your personal information collected during your consultation.

Memberships.

Members will be charged the agreed amount each month. If a treatment is missed, it will not roll over to the next month, a missed treatment (whether failed to book or cancelled) is a lost treatment. Our rescheduling policy and missed treatment policy still applies to members.

You will receive a notification 7 days prior to when the money will automatically leave your bank account. You may cancel your membership any time you wish. If you cancel your membership but you’ve already had your treatment for that month, payment will still be required.

Members will also receive 15% off any full price, extra treatments they wish to book. This extra discount is for the member holder only and cannot be extended to family or friends. Members will also receive 10% off any products/beverages they wish to purchase in store. If you do not think you’ll use your initial treatment that month, you can gift it to a friend/family.

Discounts (such as but not exclusive to, 10% off for referrals or blue card holders) will not apply to members.

For women who find themselves pregnant, your subscription will be paused until you are 13 weeks. Then it will commence and you can receive Pregnancy Massage until your baby is born.
