Winter Solstice Sound Bath

As the longest night arrives and winter settles in, the Winter Solstice marks the turning point — when the darkness reaches its deepest and the light slowly begins to return.

Join me for a grounding sound bath, held in the stillness of midwinter. A time to rest, reflect and gather your energy, surrounded by warmth, candlelight and the deep sounds of the season.

A chance to honour the darkness and welcome the returning light.

Please allow 90 minutes for the whole session so you are not rushed when you're coming back to the space at the end.

We will set intentions before being guided into a calm mental state. Perfect for prepping us for the sound to come.

Please bring your own matts, blankets & pillows (anything you need to make yourself nice & cozy).
