This relaxing yet uplifting session offers space to reset, reconnect, & leave feeling grounded, refreshed, & ready for the days ahead.

Please allow 75 minutes for the whole session so you are not rushed when you're coming back to the space at the end.

Please bring your own matts, blankets & pillows (anything you need to make yourself nice & cozy).

Tea will be provided at the end should you like it.
