Sound Bath: Sunday Sanctuary.

Ease into the week ahead with a deeply restorative Sunday afternoon Sound Bath. Through soothing sounds & gentle vibrations, this session is designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, & encourage profound relaxation. A perfect opportunity to slow down, release the stresses of the week gone by, & prepare for restful sleep, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, & ready for the days ahead.

Please allow 75 minutes for the whole session so you are not rushed when you're coming back to the space at the end.

Please bring your own matts, blankets & pillows (anything you need to make yourself nice & cozy).

Tea will be provided at the end should you like it.
