Samhuinn Sound Bath

Samhuinn is a pivotal time of year. As the final harvest comes to an end and the days grow darker, Samhuinn marks the turning of the year and the beginning of winter. Traditionally a time to gather around the fire, honour those who came before us and let go of what has passed.

Join me for a deeply grounding sound bath, held in the quiet energy of this ancient seasonal turning. A time to slow down, reflect, release and rest as we move towards the darkest days.

Please allow 90 minutes for the whole session so you are not rushed when you're coming back to the space at the end.

We will set intentions before being guided into a calm mental state. Perfect for prepping us for the sound to come.

Please bring your own matts, blankets & pillows (anything you need to make yourself nice & cozy).

Tea will…
